Unless otherwise specified refunds are not available for digital products purchased, once the order is confirmed and the product has been completed this is classed as a final sale. We may only issue a refund if there was a misrepresentation in the product description, or if there is a technical problem related to the product provided.
This is due to many of our services binding digitally generated products to the vehicle’s VIN number purchased, meaning it cannot be re-purposed or re-used.
We have no obligation to provide a refund in the following situations:
– You change your mind about an item before installation.
