Remote diagnosis is a remote digital procedure for detecting vehicle faults and implementing appropriate remedial measures.

All customers have to do is unlock, start the car and accept a prompt by us on car Idrive / Multimedia / Entertainment System. You can be anywhere in the world with your BMW Mini or Rolls Royce.    

Customers no longer have to attend the workshop for troubleshooting / diagnostics.

Diagnostics of faults has been optimized: Parts, replacement vehicles, repair time and costs can all be calculated before the visit to the workshop. The results of the remote diagnosis are analogous to the results of the vehicle diagnosis as it present in our dealership.

RITA is a vehicle diagnosis system of BMW AG and is operated using modern cloud technology.

The customer does not need to do anything & neither required to have a BMW Connected Drive service booked for remote diagnosis to be performed on the vehicle.
